Hi Guys, I had a query if I take a half-day on Friday (6th March 2020) and then take an off on Monday and Tuesday it is a Holi so how many days will be deducted and I have PL balance...plz do let me know.

It depends on the company policy. If you have a Sandwich policy, then all days from Friday (half day) to Tuesday will be considered as leave.
In the absence of a Sandwich policy, Friday (half day), Monday, and Tuesday will be considered as leave (assuming you don't have a company holiday for the Holi festival).
Please check your company policy.

As a general policy on leave, which is observed in many companies, intervening weekly-off shall be counted as Leave only - You have not mentioned anything about Saturday.

@your friend yes we have a holiday on holi and i have to check about the sandwichy policy. @ rkn61 we have Saturday and Sunday.
