Hello all,
I have joined the HR department of a multi-specialty hospital in Gujarat. It is a new hospital. For employees, the hospital offers a 50% concession on total medical billing (excluding medicines and consumables), and for immediate family members, a 25% concession.
I wanted to know under which policy the above benefit falls.
Thank you in advance.

I presume this is an offer that the hospital provides, and it does not have any relevance to any policy or statutory compliance. If at all it is in lieu of ESIC, then it has to have proper exemptions under ESIC, where ESIC must be satisfied that the benefits being given are at par with or better than ESIC itself for exemptions to be availed.
