I am in a relationship management job - sales work in a private bank, and it's really frustrating and stressful.
My joining was on 9th August 2018, so I want to ask when should I submit my resignation as I aim to have one year of experience. My notice period is one month since I am not confirmed as of now in my bank due to not having taken the IRDA exam.
I aspire to work abroad where I need at least a year of experience. Therefore, please advise on the suitable timing for me to resign. Note that 10th, 11th, and 12th August are holidays.

Dear Member,
If you joined your company on 9th August 2018, then you will be completing a year on 8th August 2019. Therefore, theoretically speaking, you can make that date your last working day. However, it is advisable to work a little longer. You may submit your resignation with effect from 16th August 2019, making your last working day 14th August 2019. Nonetheless, you should still be eligible to receive your salary until 15th August 2019.
It seems that you are quite frustrated and reluctant to work even for an additional day. Nevertheless, I would recommend showing a bit more patience.
Thanks,

Hi, I second the opinion of Mr. Dinesh! Also, I understand how frustrating it must be taking the pressure in the current job. However, keeping your requirement for finding a next job abroad, you must cross the date 08th August 2019 and may please submit your resignation on 10th August 2019 and subsequently get relieved on 11th September 2019. This may be more ideal for you to take up the new assignment. In case the new employer is willing to pay your notice pay, you may submit the same in your present company and get relieved early as well. Wishing you all the best as you pursue new job opportunities.

Dear colleague,
For this decision, you don't need any expert advice as it is based on pure commonsense. If you need to have one year's experience to get a new job, obviously, you should synchronize your last working day for any day after 8th August 2019. It is not understood why you approached this forum for such a decision that does not require any expertise.
