Is this compulsory for private staff nurses to have a deduction in salary by signing the offer letter? If they leave the hospital before completing one year of tenure, should they reimburse the security deposit equivalent to 11 months' salary? I am searching for a manual or a copy of the HR rule specifically addressing this issue.
I have only found information on the internet stating that employees who are trainees and have been trained by the company are eligible for a security deposit during joining as per the offer letter. Staff nurses already have training through their diploma or degree. Is there any HR rule on the government side regarding this deduction? If yes, please send me a copy of it to
