Hello, sir.

I am employed at Dmacq Software Pvt. Ltd. as an office assistant. My question pertains to the fact that I am allowed to take only Saturdays off, yet the salary is paid on Saturdays with Sundays deducted. The deduction was only applied last month; previously, no deductions were made for Sundays in any month. Is this permissible under the leave policy as per the rules in India?
