Dear Sir,

Our company worked in Gujarat State at a refinery plant from August 2018 to January 2019. Now, HR is requesting submission of leave pay and bonus pay.

Kindly advise me on how to incorporate bonus and leave into worker pay. What is the basis for calculating bonus pay and leave pay?
