Hi all,

I am an HR Executive at a Garment Industry in Tiruppur. It is required to prepare a risk assessment report of all sections in my factory. As of now, I have some theoretical idea about the risk assessment. I do hope that @citehr, I can collect hands-on information from several seniors who have already participated in RISK ASSESSMENT PROGRAMMES. Please help me by sharing your ideas and experiences. This would be not only helpful to me but also to several juniors and newcomers.

Dear Anandakumarpc,

Risk assessment is a specialization. With the storage, transportation, handling, and the process flow in a garment factory, one trained in risk assessment or hazard identification alone will be able to handle this job. Just like insurance surveyors, loss prevention, and safety personnel will be able to help you. You may contact not safety officers but only safety engineers trained in HIP/R assessment.

I don't think HR personnel are trained for this.
