Hello everyone,
I am a banker for 2 years currently posted in Mathura, NCR Region. I originally belong to Assam. I have never had any problems in my current posting as I am adaptable personally. However, my father's medical condition (he is diabetic and his condition has worsened, leading to hospitalization 2 times within a span of 4 months) is forcing me to write an application for an inter-regional transfer to the Guwahati region. I have all the medical documents to support this request. Can anyone help me, please?
Thank you.

Employee Transfer Guidelines
In case an employee is transferred from one state to another, as an HR professional acting in good faith, we must cover the transportation charges for the employee and their family according to the class they are entitled to per the company's TA/DA policy.
Reasonable transportation charges for shifting their household goods may also be covered, subject to the submission of valid proof.
For a reasonable number of days (7-10 days), arrangements should be made for their stay, enabling them to find accommodation of their choice.
The emoluments, by virtue of the transfer, should not be adversely affected.
