Hi Bala,
Thank you for posting the procedure for the training document. I'm concerned that I may be overlooking something here. To me, a training procedure should explain in detail how to conduct training - starting from the front-end analysis, training needs analysis, development of training objectives, design, delivery, evaluation of training, transfer to the workplace, and so on.
The way I interpret the attached document is that it discusses 'what' training is rather than providing guidance on 'how' to conduct it. Could you please help me understand if I am misinterpreting this?
Many thanks,
Martin

Dear Martin,
You are very right. The document is only an outline of the training procedure, what is the basis of it, etc. There are several other annexures to this document, such as:
1. Identification of training needs
2. Training calendar
3. Training plan
4. Training process
5. Training feedback
and so on.
The document posted here talks about what training is and the general procedure followed, with further details provided in the annexures.
Thanks,
Bala

Hi Bala, Would it be possible for you to upload the annexures as well; the formats of the training calendar, plan and process are exactly what i have been searching for. Thanks

From Pakistan,
It is feasible to upload the annexures as well. However, that will involve an enormous amount of work in removing the names of people, organizations, document numbers, etc., which are specific to a particular organization.
Let me try.
Thanks,
Bala

Hi Bala,
I recently joined this forum and found out that it's extremely useful. My long search for training/quality procedures would hopefully end here. I would be grateful if you could give me inputs on Training Need Analysis, especially for an Inbound call center.
Thanks,
Supraja
