I joined an IT company on 7-oct-2013 and I left on 20-apr-2018. Ideally, my last date was 15-June-2018 but HR gave early release with salary till 15-Jun-2018. Technically, I got salary from that company till June 15, 2018. Will I get gratuity as well?

Gratuity is paid when an employee reaches superannuation, retires, or resigns after completion of 5 years of continuous service. In case of death of an employee or disablement due to accident or illness, continuous service of 5 years is not necessary to consider for gratuity payment.
