After a long time, I am facing an interview. So, I am not that confident. How can I face the interview confidently and what type of questions are generally asked in an HR interview? Also, how should I answer those questions? I am having difficulty in communicating my knowledge of my work effectively, meaning I am unable to convey it impressively.

Generally, ask the following types of questions:
- What are your strengths and weaknesses as an HR professional?
- What, according to you, are the qualities that an HR Executive/Manager must have? (If the position is open for this designation)
- Why did you choose HR as your career?
- What do you think are the roles and responsibilities of an HR Manager?

My GM terminated me from my job. I was working as an HR Executive on the roll. Yes, this was the verbal communication by GM of the company, and now they were not responding to my mails for pending salary of 24 days as I had resigned from my service on 15th Jun (my Manager said to give resignation) and GM and Assistant HR Manager had already signed my resignation letter of the notice period (15th Jun to 14th Jul - attached file).
However, some arguments occurred related to the work and my Manager was using almost abusive language related to the upbringing. I replied to stop these things, but after that, he was shouting at me and reported to GM. GM said to leave the organization without listening to my points on 20th Jun, and I obeyed his decision, and I left the organization. I asked about my salary at that time, and he answered that he would take care of my salary.
After sending 3 mails (in the 3rd mail - I added GM's id and MD's id), they replied and released my salary (till 20th Jun) and Experience letter. After sending 2 more reminders, I didn't get any reply from their side for the remaining salary.
But I want my salary till 14th Jul as per my notice period and as mentioned in the Appointment Letter (attached file). Tomorrow I will send the 6th Reminder. But if they do not respond or maybe they deny giving the salary, what steps do I have to take? As I had already put my Managing Director's email ID in the mails after the 2nd reminder, but she is also not responding.
As they have strong contacts, Legal Advisers, and good knowledge of the Law. Can they raise problems for me which might affect my career as I do not have a job right now, and I am an ordinary girl? This is the first time this has happened to me in my career, and I do not understand how I can help myself. Please guide.
