Dear Sir,

My name is Sunil Parmanik. I have updated my PAN number in KYC details but mistakenly entered my name as "Parmanik Sunil" instead of "Sunil Parmanik," and it was digitally approved by the employers, leading to a failed PAN verification.

Similarly, the bank name in my KYC details was entered incorrectly as "Parmanik Sunil" instead of "Sunil Parmanik," and once again, it was digitally approved by the employers.

I have successfully corrected my UAN name to match my Aadhar Name. Could you please advise me on how to correct these names?

When the UAN is rectified, now open your UAN member portal and update KYC. Enter PAN number and correct name, enter bank account details - account number, IFSC code, and name. Submit and ask the employer to digitally verify the same.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I tried to update my PAN number again in the KYC portal, but it is showing an error message stating, "Error while PAN authentication. Could not send message." I have attempted to update it multiple times, but it continues to display the same error message. The incorrect PAN name has already been approved by the employer, which is why I am unable to update it again in the KYC portal.

Please advise me on how to proceed.
