The company issued him a notice today and asked that you reply within the next 2 working days; otherwise, we will assume that you accepted the charges. The charges are as follows:
1. You reported a customer _______ in July 2017, but we have come to know that he was not available in July 2017.
2. You submitted the customer _______ as a reported customer in August 2017, but we have come to know that he was out of station during that month.
