Outsourcing business is booming from the last decade and increasing with a chain of networks becoming common globally. Along with the opportunity of business, things come with threats as well, which need to be checked regularly. The focus needs to be on contractor labor regulation and abolition act primarily as in most cases, negligence is done by contractors, and the principal employer has to deal with its severity. Regular audits, cost of compliance, and the need for effectiveness are required. Maintaining structured human resource information can be discussed. Increased awareness due to various government initiatives by pushing information technology and going paperless can also be discussed.
