We are a System Integration company located in Mumbai. We have around 40+ employees on board. As per the new mandate, we want to apply PF & ESIC to our employees. Please guide us on the Salary Structure with current rules and also on how to stay updated on it. Since we are a small company, we are not hiring any HR Manager.

Scientific Salary/Remuneration Structure is a one-time job, and once you finalize it, you may continue the same for at least 3 years before further review. Considering PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, etc., and level-wise within the organization, expertise help is needed. You may not engage the HR Manager, but it would be better if you structured your remuneration pattern with the help of experts or an organization to ensure quality output. Additionally, GST will be applicable on some employee-related items like gifts in the future.
