I was working at one of my companies, and they have their own PF Trust. Due to some reason, I quit my job immediately and could not settle the full and final. I did not have their property or any documents, and I had given my resignation properly.

Now, my point is when I am applying to withdraw my PF, they are not entertaining me to settle my withdrawal. Please guide me on how to get my PF money, considering they have their own PF Trust.

Please frame your question properly. What was the duration of service? Do you have your PF account number? If it is a PF trust, please send your withdrawal forms by registered post with acknowledgment due.

What do you mean by "they are not entertaining my claim"?

In continuation with the advice of Mr. Srinath Sai Ram, if you do not receive any response for 15-20 days, you should approach the Regional Provident Commissioner in Kolkata who is in charge of your area. Provide them with complete details of your grievance, and they will be able to assist you. An employer cannot deny the payment of Provident Fund (PF) as they will lose recognition of their PF trust.

Thank you for your suggestions. I have received acknowledgment that they have received my claim. However, they are not answering my calls and have not replied to my emails. Kindly find attached the acknowledgment and please suggest a draft for how I can file a complaint against them. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Dear Mr. Pravin,

You have just submitted your PF Claim on 16/02/2017. They are not receiving your calls and not replying to your emails; this cannot be the grounds to lodge a complaint against the PF Trust. Please wait for the completion of April 2017. Later, consider filing a complaint. Due to the financial year-end credit of interest, your claim may have been kept pending.

Write an application with a complaint detailing all the necessary information and credentials. Also, ensure that you properly fill out Form No. 19 and 10C and post it to the PF Commissioner of Kolkata (Reg. Ad only) along with your Aadhar card, PAN card, and cancelled cheque. Remember to include your contact number on both forms. Additionally, submit Form 15G if you have worked for less than 5 years.

Please maintain proper paragraph formatting for better readability.
