Greetings for the day!

I have joined a company as HR and I have created all the necessary formats such as the experience letter, relieving letter, appointment letter, full and final settlement, etc., as there was no HR function before. Now, I am wondering what my next steps should be. Kindly suggest how I can contribute to the welfare of the company by coming up with good ideas. Please do give me your suggestions; I am eager to learn.

What is the nature of your industry? What is your product or service? Duties of HR depend on the nature of the industry.
