I am working as a digital marketing executive. I am a fresher with 3 months of experience. I don't have job satisfaction and feel very bored working in this role. I am trying to shift my job, but I am flabbergasted about whether to continue in digital marketing or switch to HR or software domain. Please help me out of this confusion.
