We are planning to start a new plant in the Pune area, and for that, we have already obtained the Factory license, PF No, PT No, sanction from the government, approval from the local authority, etc. So, my question is, can we start production activity now, or do we need to first obtain MPCB approval?

First of all, you will have to obtain consent to establish from MPCB. After that, you can start establishing (construction) of your unit. Once the construction of the unit is complete, you can apply for consent to operate. For any queries, please call us on 9930180059.
