I want to inform all employees that old IDs and expired temporary IDs will not be considered as entry passes. Once you discontinue them, what is the next alternative for the employees to enter?
If you are providing biometric finger punching/face reader, you need to mention that also for the information and compliance by all employees.

All employees must secure new ID on or before end of June 2016. To avoid holding for entering with company.
