I Joined one IT MNC as a fresher 9 months ago. I had signed a bond of 50k and got 2 months of training. I want to go for further education and from there I would get placed in electronics company.
Company HR is asking me to serve the 3 months of notice period but I can serve only for 1 month and leave before bond period. What options do I have?
