This is not a healthy practice in your HR career, especially if you claim to be an HR Generalist. It seems like the true meaning of HR may not be known to you. HR is like a coin with two faces - one of politeness and the other of behavior. Unfortunately, in your case, you seem to lack both. Our focus is on addressing members' problems, not on their identity or bio-data. It's important to note that gaining knowledge depends on an individual's discipline and behavior, not solely on education.
