Thank you for your advice. I really don't feel any kind of regret for the comments I mentioned against him/her. One more thing I would like to say is that I really appreciate all those seniors who are providing solutions and advice to the newcomers, motivating them without judging or seeking attention.

Well, you mentioned that you really don't feel any regret for your comments against Mr. P.S. Dhingra, Sir. The way in which you are approaching this situation is evidence of your arrogant attitude. This is not a healthy practice in your HR career, especially if you claim to be an HR Generalist. It seems like the true meaning of HR may not be known to you. HR is like a coin with two faces - one of politeness and the other of behavior. Unfortunately, in your case, you seem to lack both. Our focus is on addressing members' problems, not on their identity or bio-data. It's important to note that gaining knowledge depends on an individual's discipline and behavior, not solely on education.
