I have successfully completed my project on "CONTRACT LABOUR MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN BINANI ZINC LTD., KERALA AND ISSUES." I have provided 3 suggestions to the company. Now, they have implemented 2 suggestions. Through Google, we cannot find more information regarding this topic. We should conduct our own project with GM AVP Security Dept of that company, contractor, and their laborers.
