Dear S. Raghuram Sir,
I have gone through the link, but I am still unclear on Contributions as it also mentions the Voluntary PF deductions. Moreover, I also have doubts about its applicability to contractors providing services in this sector.
Kindly help me understand the same.

Dear Mr. Vijay,
Thank you for sharing. I have gone through the attachment. Could you please provide further elaboration on the following points:
1. EFPS @ 2%: Is this deduction made from the employee? Is it a fixed deduction, and how is it calculated?
2. Increment @ 3% of basic @ time of joining: Is this also a fixed percentage, and how is it calculated?
3. Admin charges @ 3%: Is this 3% calculated on what basis? Who will bear these charges, the employer, or the employee?
Additionally, if possible, could you please share Form PS-V, VV statement, and details on the process for remitting CMPF (DD, A/C no., etc)?
Thank you.

Dear Pradipta Nath Ji,
1. EFPS at 2% of the Gross Amount is contributed by the employer and remains fixed.
2. Increment at 3% of basic at the time of joining is as per the Principal Employer's declaration/notice.
Example:
'A' employee joined when the Basic rate of wages is Rs. 524/-, and the current month muster is for 17 days. The calculation of the increment is 3% => Rs. 524 x 17 days = Rs. 8908/- => Rs. 8908/- x 3% = Rs. 267/-.
3. Administrative charges at 3% are bearable by the employer.
Have a Good Day.
