Dear Seniors,
I am working in a Ltd company. In the audit, we found a lack of grievance committee and canteen committee meetings. Please discuss the procedure for the formation of the Grievance Committee and Canteen Committee, along with a sample of these committee meetings. It's urgent to clear the compliance. Please reply.
Regards,
Jai

Hello,
The simple solution will be:
1. To invite voluntary participation from different departments to be a part of the Canteen Committee and Grievance Committee.
2. Discuss and decide on the maximum and minimum member limits (e.g., 8 or 10, depending on company size).
3. Assign various roles to members after discussions; for example, one person checks the hygiene, another person checks the quality and taste of food, and someone else oversees the variety of food and cleanliness.
4. Have regular meetings, record minutes of meetings, and post them on the notice board.
5. Keep regular checks on the implementation of decisions by the Committee.
The same procedure will be applicable to the Grievance Committee.
Hope the above will be helpful!
