There are many ways to create a blog, but the first and foremost thing is the platform which you are going to choose. I recommend a self-hosted platform like WordPress blog as they have many templates to choose from. However, they will charge you for the services. There are a few free service providers available like Blogger, Tumblr, etc. A written explanation in this context couldn't help you unless you are a tech expert. Hence, my suggestion is to go through the videos uploaded on YouTube on the subject you are interested in.

First of all, you should be clear about your purpose of blogging. I have a blog about Reiki and another about cosmetics. Both are on the Blogger platform. Blogging is a very nice way to share your thoughts and ideas.

To start a blog, you can begin with various blog providers like WordPress, Blogger, etc. So, register yourself with any blog provider and choose a name that you would like to associate with the blog - the subdomain name. For example, manju.wordpress.com or manjublogs.wordpress.com, etc.
Now that you have the subdomain name, I guess that's it. You can add a subject and start writing. Additionally, many blog providers offer you an array of features along with the blog, such as themes, colors, widgets, etc. You can customize the theme and colors according to your requirements and also add widgets like your Twitter page, etc.
