Dear Lagnesh and Sayed
My aim is to setup a separate blog for Training and OD related stuff. I put up one or the other thing almost daily on the blog to help it grow slowly and steadily.
Though I put up a lot of effort in creating the material on the blog, it is free to use by all. I also take care that I don't infringe on copyrights by sharing e-books and other proprietery stuff on the blog.
Members of this site usually share a lot. I really appreciate this and that is why I started this blog as my way of sharing. I believe one input a time goes a long way in building huge knowledge repertoire rather than downloading ppts and e-books which are never read in full.
However, if any member needs a copy of a particular ppt or someother stuff for using in a training program or otherwise he/she may feel free to send me email at . I would be more than happy to send it rightaway. OD is my passion.
