Dear All,
Good evening.
I have one query related to the ESIC Card and need your support on this. In my current company, lots of people are working under ESIC Beneficiary. They all almost have their ESIC Smart Card from their previous companies. Now, during their joining with my current company, they have received a new ESIC Account. The problem arises as the local ESIC Office is not allowing them to make a new ESIC Smart Card.
Kindly suggest what to do.
Thank you.

Dear Rajiv,
This has already been published by ESIC, and a pop-up also appears when logging in to the ESIC Portal. However, the mistake has still been made..!!
In my opinion, you should enroll their old number under your employer code and ensure compliance for the future.

Dear Rajiv,
I am not saying that you made this mistake. As I already mentioned above, in my opinion, you should remove the new number of such employees and enroll their old number under your employer code. Then, do the compliance in that old number for the future. For future reference, you should maintain the current contribution history. This way, if any inspection occurs in the future, you can provide the same information.
Thank you.

Dear Rajiv Ji
Please do not worry about this mistake. Just go online site of ESIC login in your ESIC Portal & Enrolled them again providing with old ESIC Insurance Number. Get printout of enrolled Form & verify by putting Stamp & Signature by the authorized person of your organization and give to related insured person. Copy of this enrolment Form may be show at the time when they need medical assistance from ESUIC dispensary.
At the time of ESIC contribution uploading, please show name & ESIC Number (New Number allotted by mistake) of Persons a showing “0” wages and code “0”.
Regards..
