Types of Leave in Private Limited Companies
Leave types include CL (Casual Leave), PL (Privilege Leave), and SL (Sick Leave). In some companies, leaves are provided as per HR policy with the following allocation:
- CL: 20 per year
- PL: 40 per year
- SL: 20 per year

Please clarify which type of industry you are working in. Are you operating under the Factories Act or the Shops & Establishment Act? Moreover, each organization has its own standing orders which stipulate their own leave policies.
