One of my Dept Head allowing his executive to travel in Truck

I want your suggestion on this issue. Actually, one of my Department Heads is allowing his executive to travel in a truck. Being in HR, what should I do? Should I support this or not, as we have a travel policy?

Truck is meant for Goods transport. Traveling in Truck is illegal. If any accident occurs, the insurance companies will repudiate the claims. Advise your Dept Head to be human. Pon, Chennai

Travelling in a truck is not safe. To avoid future critical consequences, you must not support these sorts of practices, as this practice is concerned with employee safety issues.
