Dear All,
We send our employees on-site, and I have to formulate a policy for Onsite Employees (Out of India on deputation). Please provide me with the format of the on-site policy. If any of you have a ready policy, please forward the same.
Could you also specify the contents or areas to be covered under such a policy?
If you can help me with this, it would be really great! Waiting for the response!
Thanks & Regards,
Malvika

Regarding the Onsite Policy: 50% of an employee's CTC or 15,000, whichever is lesser. For example, Mr. A's CTC is 25,000 and he was on duty (outside India) for 15 days. The calculation is as follows:
- 12,500 / 30 * 15
- 12,500 (50% of CTC)
- 30 (approx. 1 month)
- 15 (days on duty)
The above is a sample calculation. Consider your company's paying capacity and decide on the percentage to be applied.
