Hi, I am working in a construction company located in Bharatpur, Rajasthan. I want to know the applicability of LWF in Rajasthan. If yes, please tell me the contribution share of the employee and employer, the date of submission, where to deposit, and the mode of payment.

As per the Labour Welfare Fund for Rajasthan, it is not applicable. Therefore, there is no contribution required from the employee and employer.
Apart from Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, and Jammu & Kashmir, where LWF is not applicable.
