Exactly as you said it, Mr. Saswata Banerjee.

Being a Senior Executive in HR, Mr. Jagadish is not aware of the burden HR personnel carry to maintain good relationships with everyone while also ensuring privacy.

Thanks.

Mr. Jagadish,

Actually, I started this thread to collect advice only, not to gather contacts. If you are wise, you can obtain contacts from your surroundings, Mr. Jagadish. Search for it in your database.

Seeking contacts of HR professionals - honestly, even if someone shares the database, it won't really help much. It is not knowing and networking with every other HR professional that will make someone succeed.

While I was a new person to the industry, looking for job opportunities, I too had this feeling, if I get a few contacts from somewhere. I never got, but that never demotivated me. I kept on doing my duty, searched for people, knew them, and there are people who contacted me to know more, share more, discuss more. I am happy with it.

Rather than spamming around to people's inboxes, I believe first know the people, contribute your best so that you are recognized; else, the calls are ignored, messages deleted, and mails are reported as spam/junk.

All the best.
