Amaxophobia is the fear of traveling in a motorized vehicle. Therefore, it requires specialized psychiatric treatment. Please think twice about giving advice on how to fight it in a few slides. It would be better to say that if a person thinks they are suffering from it, they should seek professional help, maybe that you could assist in obtaining such help.

I asked this in case 'cause f.e. bus driver can face with this. What he/she should do in this case? Stop the bus and call for a doctor?

I see your problem. However, in my very limited experience, people who suffer from amaxophobia will not enter the vehicle in the first place. I am sorry I cannot offer any further solutions.
