Effective Attendance Tracking Methods for Sales Executives in Branch Offices - CiteHR

Hello Gurus,

Good afternoon.

I want to keep track of the attendance of our sales executives at our branch offices. Every month, all branches (10) employees' attendance shows as fully present, which I suspect they may be adjusting with their managers. Can anyone suggest suitable methods for the same?

Dear Priya,

Please make sure that physical attendance cards are filled and signed by each sales team (available regularly in the market for attendance recording). In addition, issue them clients' visiting cards which they will carry with them and take signatures, company stamp of the place they visited with date, time in, time out, whom they met, and other necessary details. This process will ensure that they do not cheat.

Furthermore, you can nominate any administrative person to update attendance on the computer. Kindly refer to the attachment for more details.
