This is in addition to what Shailesh has said. Probably what you are trying to ask is "How to Stay Organised?"
Good query. Staying organized would need self-discipline, proper records management, the ability to use modern tools like a laptop or mobile, and so on.
You also need to know where your time is flying away. For this, you need to do a time audit as well.
To learn these skills, you need to work under a good manager. Though I conduct training on "Personality Development", in reality, one's personality is developed by one's manager. But then what if the manager is not so good? In that case, you need to seek coaching from someone.
If you wish, I am ready to conduct e-coaching for you. It will last for 2-3 months depending on your interest and responsiveness. For this, Skype will come in handy. My only fear is that we should understand each other's accent.
