You can submit Form 19 with your ex-employers to claim the PF amount of your share, which is only 12%. The employer's contribution cannot be paid unless you have completed six months of continuous service.

Dear All,

Every employer shall be required to attest the claim application of Para 69 within five days of its receipt under P. 72(5)(a).

If you are unable to get attestation in the claim application for any reason whatsoever, you may forward it to the Commissioner or any authorized officer authorized by him in this behalf. The Commissioner or any officer authorized by him in this behalf may forward such application to the employer, and the employer shall be required to return it within five days of its receipt under P. 72(5)(d).

Dear Prakash,

Yes, you can submit PF withdrawal application form No. 19 only to get your PF amount U/P. 69(1). The application shall be submitted after completing a continuous period of not less than two months from the date of exit from employment.

You are not entitled to receive withdrawal benefit under para 14 of the Employees' Pension Scheme, 1995. Actual service should be at least more than six months for a new entrant U/P. 9(a) of the Employees' Pension Scheme, 1995, whereas your actual service is less than six months.

You are only entitled to receive the Employee's share, which includes the Employer's share (12% + 3.67%) and its interest thereon.
