Hi All,
PF cannot be stopped by any employer in any circumstances.
If the employer is not ready to release the PF amount, then fill up the PF withdrawal form, attach a letter, your last pay slip, copy of resignation acceptance, exit clearance document & send it to the PF comminsioner without employer's seal & sign.
Once, the comissioner gets the set, he will call up the employer & check why the stamp & signature is missing. he will provide then 15 days to explain the scenario. The reason might be againts the employee, the PF is his right. Then the pf withdrawal form will be sent back to the employer for signatures & stamp & they will resend it to the PF dept.
after 60days the amount of PF will be transfered in the mentioned bank account on the PF withdrawal form.
FYI:
bank manager signatures or any gazzeted officers signatures are also valid if employee refuses to sign on the form.

You may file a complaint with the Enforcement Department at the PF office if the employer has deducted an amount but failed to deposit it with the PF authorities. They will take this issue seriously and may attach the property until the default is rectified.
