Hi All,
I am working for an International BPO as an HR. We have recruitments round the clock. Please guide me through the best portal option? Naukri or Monster? Which of these portals would be useful for Bulk recruitment as we won't be able to take up both. Also, please suggest other sources of recruitment if any. Awaiting your suggestions.

Dear Divya, Are you hiring for a Tech or a Finance/Insurance process ? Naukri offers a larger database. Monster is good for definite skill-sets. Have you tried LinkedIn ?

Hi, Our hiring is for an outbound Sales(Voice) process. We have used linked in but not very effectively. A little unsure if linked in is useful for entry level Bulk Hirings. Regards, Divya Chandarana

Hi Divya, You can prefer Naukri over Monster. Also try on linkedin as well..you will find good response and cheaper as well than job portals. All the Best!
Hi Again, You can also opt for Job Seekers database from Naukri. That will save your time & will get the profiles matching your requirements.(Use the filter/search option)
Hi Divya,
I would like to share my personal view on this as a BPO employee (TEAM LEAD), not as HR. Whenever we are trying for a job, we used to go for both Monster and Naukri. Most organizations update their job postings on both portals in different categories. (Monster - Used by more Consultancy)
If our search criteria do not match on Naukri, then we will go to Monster. However, we are confident that we will find a relevant job for our search on either Naukri or Monster. LinkedIn is good for top-level searches like Managers and above, but not suitable for executive-level job searches.
If you want to stay directly in touch with employees, then use both platforms and communicate directly with people instead of using any consultancy. This is my personal view as I have recently been searching for a job in Health care BPO, and it is based on my personal experience.
Thank you :-)
