Hiring in IT is hectic. Saturdays are the interview rush for most companies. Candidates get 3-4 schedules on the same day, collect a maximum number of offers, and choose the best one, not always the most lucrative.

Contract staffing in IT is not very popular as the cost is higher than that of permanent staffing. Contract staffing suits non-IT roles, mostly for blue-collar jobs.

Hi,

Can you please provide me with some information on contract staffing? I have completed a project in HR focusing on contract staffing and outsourcing IT candidates by recruiting them in my company, training them, and then outsourcing them to other companies. My project was titled "CATERING IT MANPOWER NEEDS - AN OUTSOURCING MODEL" and was KPO-based.

Please help me as soon as possible as I need to finish my project.
