Agreement between Contractor and the Principal employee with the conditions like, employer responsibility in case absconding, retrenchment, death or any other reason, whether it is linked to recruitment, time required to fill the positions, Statuory compliances like, leaves, holidays, working hours, Over Time Pay, Bonsu pay, PF, ESI & TDS deductions and pay etc. It also contains the terms of payment.
