hello I m a student majoring in HR I have chosen Employee engagement and motivation as my research topic for my summer project in Behr India ltd. I want to identify the ways to study and measure the current level of employee engagement in this organization. What tools and techniques can i use to calculate the level of engagement of the employee? Based on the finding of this surveys i could develop possible solutions or models to enhance the level of engagement in my organization
