Hi,

I am working for a newly started IT company in Chennai. I have to set up all HR processes from scratch, such as preparing HR letter formats (including font size, logo size, etc.), maintaining attendance, managing payroll, etc. Can someone assist me with this?

Thanks in advance.

Hi. Thank you very much. I didn't expect such a quick reply. Thanks again.

We have changed some rules in our organization like working hours, leaves, and NDA, etc. I have to get the letters signed by the existing employees. Can you tell me what would be the title of the letter, and please tell me the sample format?

Regards,
Preethi

You can contact me for any specific policy or format you want to implement. I am using my own payroll system in Excel. Any changes in policy need to be communicated to employees, amended in the rules, and the employees' acceptance needs to be obtained in writing.

Hi,

Is there any existing HR process? If yes, is it documented? If no, what is the process being followed? Document (Process map) the same.

Even if the HR process is not documented, are there any templates/formats that they are using? If yes, compile them. If no, based on past record formats used consistently, prepare formats/templates with the same.
