Job Description
To lead, direct, and manage the Human Capital function of the organization in line with its strategic direction; develop and monitor Human Capital systems, Human Capital policies; ensure that the staff are motivated; rewarded for their contribution and encouraged to perform at the maximum potential and thus contributing to the success of the business; serve as the organization's chief communicator with employees on new vision and strategy and key decisions that impact the employees. Will report on a periodic basis the scorecards for the organization related to Human Capital.
Strategy and business alignment:
- Participate in the formulation of the long-term organizational strategy and overall business objectives.
- Develop the Human Resources strategy in line with people requirements of the company as outlined in the business plan.
- Review the deployment of the Human Capital strategy and make required changes to ensure that the functional human capital strategy is implemented across all zones and geographies.
- Develop the departmental budget and monitor any variances to the budget.
Analytical, patient, good listener, fair & firm, excellent communication, thorough in HR and change management concepts, self-motivated, committed, mature, go-getter, and long-term player.
