Everyone is good at thinking outside the box, but due to work pressure and deadlines, most of them are not opening up their thought processes, which is affecting their work completion. This is increasing their dependency on others.
Please suggest some simple and small activities that I can implement. I am planning to do these activities suddenly without prior intimation to them as a surprise.

I suggest organizing a get-together every weekend. Introduce any new joinings, if any. Later, discuss the problems or unsolved issues they are facing so that everyone actively participates. By doing this, we can find solutions to the problems and also foster creativity development.
