And for the 10C form:

5. Code No. & Account No.
* Region/SRO code
* EST code No.
* A/C No.

Hi,

Those are like:

- Area code is the city or regional office code, such as BN for Bangalore.
- SRO is the Sub-Regional Office, like KRP for K R Puram.
- EST code means every establishment has a PF code number that should be mentioned.
- A/c No means your PF account number.
