Plz suggest or give me any formats regarding maintaining of Rent accounts in Excel sheet if Our company having 125 flots. How can i able to maintain in excel format. Can u Plz give me any format regarding these.

Simply you have to create Base sheet of Cash book and maintain with deposits stage with referening flat no. after that monthly liability should create for monthly rent against that provision you have to show collected amounts in Cash book itself.
and also if you need to maintain individual accounts use seperate sheet for seperate flat after entering all information in cash book you can use pivot table for quick & easy reference.
