I am a P&A manager and have been working for over 25 years. There should be a national union of industrial managers. This union could help us pressurize the Registrar of Labour Union under the Trade Union Act to cancel the registration of such unions that engage in violence in industries for their legal or illegal demands and disputes, even though we have government labor offices, the Labor Commissioner, arbitrations, and higher courts to resolve conflicts through statutory means. By doing so, we can prevent incidents like those at MARUTI, Woodland, etc., and protect our managers, owners of industries, and the nation's properties.
