Dear Yogesh,
You simply print some cards with your company logo, name, location, visitor pass, and a serial number on the card. The visitor can hang the same around their neck.
Upon entering, the security officer deployed at the gate will confirm the person whom the visitor wants to meet. After confirming with the concerned person, the security officer can issue a gate entry slip for the visitor to obtain the signature from the concerned person.
Maintain a visitor register where you need to mention the visitor's name, contact details, purpose of visit, area of visit, whom the visitor wants to meet, in-time, out-time, and the visitor pass serial number. Then, obtain the visitor's signature and finally, have the security personnel sign the register.
