I want to establish a good training system in our company, but I don't have any idea where to start. We already have a skill matrix, but it seems that the skill matrix is not helping much in conducting a Training Needs Analysis. Perhaps, I lack the experience in preparing one. Could somebody guide me on how to start or establish a training system in our organization given that we already have some necessary documents like the skill matrix? I have already started the COMPETENCY MAPPING for our ADMIN, TECHNICAL, and MANAGEMENT categories. After I collect the survey forms, I will analyze them and link them to our existing SKILL Matrix to begin the TNA process. However, I still need to seek some opinions or learn about other ways of preparing a TNA. I hope you can also provide me with your suggestions.
